As Company President, Bill has built Cavaco from the ground up since establishing himself as a tax preparer in 1985. Over the years he has implemented a "customer first" approach to doing business that strives to ensure consistent client satisfaction in everything we do as a company. Bill is familiar with all types of returns ranging from personal to corporation, partnership, retirement plan, estate and payroll, and is our on-site expert regarding business planning and evaluation.

Brian is our Company Vice President and Human Resources Coordinator bringing over 8 years' experience preparing personal, corporate, partnership, estate and payroll tax returns. His prior experience comes from corporate accounting where he worked in the financial reporting division of Wyndham Vacation Ownership in Orlando, FL and public accounting where he was an audit intern with Ketel Thorstenson, LLP in Rapid City, SD.

Patty is the Accounting Manager and one of our lead bookkeepers with over 20 years' experience in the accounting industry. Her daily tasks include preparing financial statements, reconciling bank accounts and coordinating accounts payable activities. She has also acquired extensive cash management skills specifically during her 15 years with us.

Tracey is our Staff Accountant with daily tasks including preparing financial statements, reconciling bank accounts and coordinating accounts payable activities and processing payroll schedules of all types. Her prior experience comes from Coons Supply, Inc of Big Flats, NY where she oversaw the general accounting functions of two corporate entities; Personius, Prechtl, Mattison, Palmer & Brockway of Elmira, NY where she managed accounts receivable and payable; Dobromil Accounting of Corning, NY where she was involved in all aspects of payroll processing and H&R Block Tax Service in Elmira, NY where she prepared individual income tax returns using various interviewing techniques.

Kristen Cavaluzzi

Kristen is our recently promoted Payroll Manager in charge of overseeing all aspects of a client's payroll processing experience with us. She manages tax and support payments of all types and reconciles cash extensively. Having been with us for 7 years now, Kristen is a very familiar face particularly with our Corning-based clients, as she was our Administrative Assistant and the first person you saw each visit.
